No Black on Black Crime Movement

Maryland business-owner, Keith Turner is leading a “No Black-On-Black Crime” (NBOBC) movement, dedicated to significantly reducing violent crime committed by and against African-Americans. The NBOBC movement is a national, community-based intervention initiative to reduce incidents of crime and to encourage unity among Blacks.
